Happy Early Canada Day!

I love Canada Day, it’s like the official kick off to summer! The parades, BBQ’s, fireworks… I love it all! Although red isn’t a huge part of my closet, it’s a must for Canada Day, obviously. I grabbed this adorable plaid shirt and white shorts from The Bay (BOTH on sale… whoop whoop, I love when that happens!!) and they couldn’t be more perfect for the upcoming festivities. I paired the plaid shirt with the white shorts for a cute and fun daytime look perfect for a parade or BBQ.

Take this look into the evening by swapping the white shorts for black or denim jeans and some fun heels. Also, for my American readers, this outfit can easily be worn for July 4th by adding pops of blue’s- maybe some blue chucks instead of red?!

Love love love these Canada Day outfits. I like that you included two ways to wear that adorable plaid shirt and an option on how to change it up for July 4th! You also look super cute with those sparklers 🙂

Yes, I did!! Thanks for noticing… I am still getting used to it but I think I like it! It’s always fun to go a little lighter in the summer time… goes nice with the beach wave look 🙂
