There’s nothing better than your favourite tee… right? Well, turns out there is.  T-shirts that help with a cause, that’s what’s better my friends!

Enter UnderstandUs. Their mission is “to provide awareness and education to overcome mental health barriers in youth”.  By leading mental health initiatives and awareness campaigns, engaging with youth through teachers and the education system, hosting community events, and selling apparel, they really are bringing much needed awareness to mental health.  By purchasing any of their apparel you’re supporting these initiates as 100% of the proceeds go directly to raising awareness of mental health.

My personal favourite is this Robin Williams one!  I love adding great graphic tee’s to my collection as they are so versatile. I have been wearing this one non stop with my overalls and these denim cutoffs and lace vest, cute right?!
