Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I feel like the luckiest human!!! If you follow me on Snapchat then you would know I’m in Maui for the week. There are about 15 of us staying in a gorgeous house, beach front for the week to celebrate our friends, Dawna and Taylor’s wedding!!! It actually feels like a dream!! Anyways enough about that, you will get more than enough Maui fun on my social accounts (Snapchat , Facebook, & Instagram)… shameless plug 😉
Happy Thanksgiving to my Canadian followers! Although I believe it is important to show gratitude daily, I thought it would only be fitting to share with you what I am most thankful for, my family.
My parents. I know everyone says this, but my parents truly are the best. My dad is a farmer, but not your typical farmer, he has turned our family farm into a business that employs over 10 people year round. He is a hustler and has taught me the value of hard work. I truly don’t know another human who works as hard as he does. I beam with pride when I think of his accomplishments.
My mom is a teacher’s assistant/ super mom. She does it all and LOVES it. She has the kindest heart and has the best sense of humour which is truly the best combination. She continues to inspire me with her constant ability to find the good in people. Mom does anything and everything for us and we are spoiled rotten (in the best way possible lol). She is the gravy to my poutine, the dip to my chips, and the popcorn to my movie…. she’s my bestie and I couldn’t be luckier to call her my mom!
My brother… the most hilarious human I know. He’s that guy that everyone wants to be around. Always there for a good laugh, game, competition, or cocktail! He’s the best dad to my sweet niece Isla!! I know he would do anything for our family and thank gawd because we’ve been known to get ourselves into some sticky situations…
My sister is the most beautiful soul I know. She has the biggest heart, is the most encouraging, and is my biggest cheerleader. She’s my best friend in the whole entire world. I am so thankful that a Facetime date with her can solve any problem I may have!!
So, although we’re not spending Thanksgiving together, I hope you always know how thankful I am to have you in my life! Love you all!!!
