Denim Overalls

I have been on the hunt for a cute pair of overalls (shorts or full length jeans) since Jillian Harris posted about them last summer!  Let me tell you, they aren’t as easy to find as I thought they would be.  JH got hers from Topshop and although they are super cute, I just wasn’t crazy about spending nearly $100 after shipping.  I mean, I know it’s denim and they’re super cute, but I consider this a fun trend and when it comes to fun trends I don’t like spending a lot.

There were a few things I had in mind as I was searching.  I wanted a light(er) wash, a boyfriend(ish) fit, I didn’t want them to be too short, and I wanted to spend no more than $50! Well, coming in at $49.90, these just barely made the cut!

When it comes to styling overalls I feel like anything goes.  Since purchasing these a week ago I have paired them with a graphic tee, a plaid shirt, a crop top, and this girly lace blouse!  I am totally loving this trend… It totally takes me back to grade school, so fun!!

*FYI: If you do decided you want to order these overalls I suggest going up a size!  I typically wear a small and I got the medium!
