Beg, Borrow & Steal
You know those days when you look in your closet and see hangers upon hangers of clothes and then mutter to yourself “Ugh, I have nothing to wear”. I know it’s totally not true, in fact, I feel silly even thinking it let alone saying it aloud. It’s not that I don’t have anything to wear, it’s the fact that I don’t feel like wearing any of it. This is when your friends and or boyfriend come in handy… beg, borrow and steal (for the night)
I had one of these moments last night as I was getting ready for a night out to support the opening of my boyfriend’s brother’s new bar, The Lot Club. I knew it was an almost anything goes kind of evening so I decided to venture to his side of the closet. I stole his oldest pair of Nudie jeans, paired it with a plain white tank, and finished it off with a statement necklace.
Ps. How lucky am I to fit into my boyfriend’s jeans?!

Well, it looks like your boyfriend’s gonna have to accept that he’s not getting those jeans back ’cause you are rockin them, girl! Absolutely LOVE the yellow cross-body. Yellow is a favourite accent colour of mine and I love seeing it used in bold, creative ways like this. And that statement necklace truly does make a statement — perfection. This outfit is just to die for! <3

I love adding a splash of color to my outfit especially now that it is officially Spring (the Canadian winters are just so long…) I couldn’t find the yellow bag online but I got it at the gap and it was on sale.
