Sweater SZN with Sense of Independence

If you follow my Instagram closely, these pieces will look very familiar. I featured Sense of Independence, a boutique based out of Toronto, in my Try-On-Tuesday last week and I thought it would be fun to show you these items styled! The sassy cheetah sweater– I’m not going to lie, I’m starting to get a little concerned with my obsession with cheetah print, lol #cantstopwontstop
It is just so fun and to be fair this one is not your typical cheetah print- the pink cuffs and blue give it a bit more of a sassy feel and if you know me, you know I’m into sassy!
This sweater is on the thicker side, it’s not itchy (non of the sweaters featured are) and I would say it fits true to size!

The anti Valentine’s Day, Valentine’s Day Sweater– Perhaps it’s the teacher in me but I’m always thinking about spirit days, and although I LOVED them when I was teaching, I know there are people out there who don’t. This sweater is made for those people!

Baby Blue Star Sleeve Sweater- I love this sweater because from the front it looks like a classic baby blue sweater, but turn to the side and it’s a fun little surprise! This sweater is great for layering especially under a vest!

The Color Block Sweater- I don’t like to pick favourites, but if I had to choose one, this would be it. I love how thin it is (don’t worry it’s not see through) it’s not clingy, and it fits just right. I love that it can be worn alone or under a blazer with the cuff showing on the sleeve!

I’m wearing my heart on my sleeve sweater- can you tell I’m having trouble coming up with fun names for these sweaters… haha! This sweater is very similar to the color block one shown above. It’s the same fabric, non clingy, soft…but not itchy!

I know this blog post is titled Sweater Szn but I saw this graphic tee on their website and I had to have it. I love that it is distressed…it has holes in it, those are intentional. I ordered a large as I wanted it to fit on the bigger side.
