I found these Levi’s at none other than Jenny Joans and I have been wearing them nonstop since they arrived at my doorstep.  I’m not going to lie, until this pair, I really wasn’t much for Levi’s denim.  I found them to fit really small and at times to be uncomfortable.   I always leaned towards Agolde, and although I still absolutely love everything Agolde makes, they are definitely not within every shoppers budget.  They can run anywhere around $250 – $300 for a pair.  I would be lying if I said I didn’t think they were worth it so if you’re not afraid to drop some cash on jeans these are awesome, but that vast majority of the population is not and I am here to tell you that you don’t have to in order to own some fantastic jeans.

These Levi 501’s have changed my opinion of Levi’s! They are 100% cotton making them that classic denim look and feel which I have been loving these days.  They’re cropped which works perfect for shorties like me, they have a button fly, and they’re fitted through the thighs and hips (to show off that bootie) but are straight through the leg and they have a great price point of just over $100!  I am wearing a a size 26. Typically I will wear a 25 if they have some stretch but if they don’t (like these) I will size up to a 26.  I ordered the 26 and they fit great.  I did find they loosened up a bit over time but I like that.  If you want them to stay skin tight, I would say stick to your true size.

This denim shirt is another gem from the try on Tuesday and is such a good find! I literally wore my old one out… I blew the elbow out in it! I ordered a medium so that it’s more of a boyfriend fit!

This waffle long sleeve was also a huge hit- this colour is sold out but if you’re into neutrals this exact long sleeve is available in white! I am wearing an XS and it fits perfectly, not too tight!

Sisters, Naomi and Michelle opened Sense of Independence’s flagship store in Toronto over a decade ago.   They continue to keep up with the trends by travelling the globe to gain inspiration and find the latest must-haves… two girls after my own heart #gypsygirlsunite!  Although their brick and mortar shop is in the heart of Toronto, don’t worry- everything they have in store is online, and really, what’s better than shopping in bed, with your dog resting his head on your laptop, and a coffee in one hand? Apparently nothing, because that’s exactly what I did when choosing the following pieces!

This rainbow crewneck sweater caused my DM’s to blow up when I posted a photo of me wearing it the other day and for good reason! It is absolutely adorable, stinkin’ cute, and SO cozy!  I’m wearing a size small which gives it a bit of the oversized boyfriend look. This sweater is perfect for cool ice cream date nights or anything really…but an ice cream date does sound pretty sweet

Lately I have been going crazy for anything tie dye– I legit can’t get enough of it, so when I saw this t shirt it was in my shopping cart within .5 seconds.  I have worn it tucked in as shown below and also tied it in a knot at the front, because you know, ABC (always be croppin’)… I’m wearing a size small.

Another obsession: anything animal print! I love this sweater because it brings a fun element to everyday work wear. This sweater can be dressed up and worn to the office with some black pants (or skirt, if that’s your thing), some heels, and some nice jewelry or casually with a pair of distressed jeans and sneakers.  Gorgeous, fun, versatile, and the best part… cozy!! I’m wearing a size small.

Oh, and let’s talk about these jeans!!! They legit feel like butter… they’re SO soft! I love the unique hem at the bottom, the minimal distressing around the knees, and the price point! If you do decide to order these, I would highly suggest sizing at least one or maybe even two sizes down as they are very stretchy! I’m wearing a size 25.

Last but not least, this absolutely beautiful blouse. The unique texture almost gives it a bit of a shimmer which makes it look so luxe! It comes with a matching camisole so you don’t have to worry about finding something to go under it, and some extra buttons in case you’re like me and loose buttons constantly! I’m wearing a small.

I will admit, it took me a while to pull the plug on these shoes.  Let’s face it, they are definitely a statement shoe and I wasn’t sure if I would get as much wear as I would like considering they were over $200 at the time.  BUT, I wear them SOO much!  They add such a fun element to any outfit.  Jeans and a black top: boring!  Add these shoes: voila!
