]]> Black denim with knee rips, a grey v-neck sweater and these All Saints booties have been my favourite ootd / ootn lately.  This grey sweater is from Topshop and it is seriously theeeee best.  I love the light grey color as well as how light weight it is!  I often find sweaters to be too hot but this one is light enough that it is easy to regulate my temperature even when I am running after 24 six year olds! The ripped denim is obviously not suitable for teaching so to take this outfit into the workplace I simply swap the ripped denim to regular black skinnies!IMG_5812_batch

]]> Although Labor day acts as the unofficial last weekend of summer it isn’t… August 22nd officially marks the end of the sunshine season and the beginning of fall.  With that, I am soaking in every last second of the season in this ADORABLE blue and white Topshop dress.  I first saw this dress on my favorite blogger/T.V personality’s blog Jillian Harris’ Instagram and I had to have it.  By liking her photo which was linked with LIKEtoKNOW.it I received all the details to my inbox.  If you want more information on LIKEtoKNOW.it you can read all about it here.

The lustrous satin material gives this dress that elegant and girly feel.   The cut, length, and details are flattering and flirty- the perfect combination for an evening out whether it be a wedding or cocktail party.  I kept the shoes simple for this look wearing my usual Steve Madden, Stecy– I just can’t get enough of this shoe, it’s clean, simple, and shockingly very comfortable.
