You all KNOW I’m a sucker when it comes to supporting Canadian boutiques. Supporting local is something that just feels good! Affordable Rompers!

Rompers, rompers, and more rompers! I feel like they’re everywhere this season, oh wait… they are!!! Floral, striped, causal, dressy, denim, strapless and the list goes on. I love a good romper, similar to a dress they are just so easy to wear. Slip it on, add some accessories and a shoe and you’re out the door!

Speaking of accessories, how amazing is this layered necklace from Fifth Avenue Collection Jewellery?! I love the look of a layered necklace but it can be tricky to find complimentary pieces- this one is already done for you!

This particular romper is from SheIn, a great site for affordable trendy clothes! Although this exact romper is no longer available, (very similar one found here!) I have done the grunt work for y’all and found a bunch that are all under $50 (Canadian!)… some as low as $19.00!

The Packing Game

I love packing for a vacation; I mean who doesn’t love the excitement of a new adventure!? I’m one of those people who starts packing at least a week before. I carefully plan out each outfit with accessories, shoes, the whole meal deal…let’s not even start on the hair & make up products. My bags are always busting at the seems and I cringe when they check my bags. I am also that person who wears/uses only a quarter of it…

A good friend of mine almost always travels with just a carry on and she swears by it. I haven’t tried it yet but perhaps for my next weekend getaway I will take her advice. If I do, this romper will be at the top of my tiny bag. I picked it up at Zara in Barcelona last summer when Brandon and I were backpacking through Europe. It was perfect; it took up zero space in my already way too full backpack and didn’t wrinkle. Two things that are a must when packing for any vacation, especially backpacking.

It was on repeat throughout our travels simply because rompers are easy to dress up for a night out but can also dual as a comfortable sight seeing outfit or even a beach cover up. The floral print and low back are feminine and flirty, a perfect combination!
