Sleeveless Plaid

I don’t know if you guys have noticed but there has been a slight shift in my wardrobe. Every summer for about the first two weeks I live in jean shorts. I’m going to assume this is because for the month prior I dream of wearing what I want. I know I have mentioned this before, and you’re probably thinking, get over it already, but waking up every morning and choosing a school appropriate outfit, when it’s 30 degrees celsius, no AC, and 25 sweaty little kids in a room is not fun… okay, sorry for the lapse in complaining, I’m done now!

Anyways… this all grey outfit is one I have been wearing a lot lately. I found this sleeveless Rails plaid, (y’all know I love me some Rails) at Cade and I have been wearing it on repeat. It’s super soft, comfortable and is also a slight change from the t-shirts I’ve been wearing non-stop. It can also be dressed up if need be, so that’s a bonus.

I grabbed this grey suede hat from Muse last month and it has saved my butt many times this summer! Greasy hair, don’t care…

Cade Instagram Takeover!

Well, what a weekend for TMS!!! I’m sure by now you all know Teach Me Style turned one on Saturday! It was such a fun an exciting day for many reasons but mainly because I got to share my biggest giveaway yet, a $1000 shopping spree to my favourite local boutique AND online store, Cade Style Lounge!!! (Eeeeek!!! That’s like a whole new spring wardrobe!!) If you’ve been following me for a while you’ve probably heard about Cade, I shop there quite frequently and post about them a lot!
